TERMS FOR 2012

Rental charges for Flint Cottage, which are inclusive of gas, electricity and linen, are as follows;

7th January to 24th March 2012                                                     £265.00 per week

31st March to 29th September 2012                                              £280.00 per week

6th October to 8th December 2012                                                £265.00 per week

A deposit is required to confirm a booking. In the event of a visitor wishing to cancel a booking more than 3 months before the planned holiday the deposit will be refunded in full. Where a booking is cancelled at less than 3 months beforehand, it will only be possible to make a refund if the cottage can be re-let for that period.
