Road Directions Exit the A3(M) at Junction 3 and take the B2150 for Waterlooville. Go past Waterlooville following the B2150 into Denmead. Pass through the village centre and take the left fork at the village green towards Southwick.The entrance to Ashling Close is the first road on the left about 75 m beyond the green. High Trees and Flint Cottage are the 3rd and 4th buildings on the left.

Public Transport Directions Havant is the closest main line rail station and has a good rail service from London Waterloo. Take a 39 bus from Havant Bus Station to 'Waterlooville Precinct'. Change to a 45 or 45A for 'Denmead Green'. Take the left fork at the green along Southwick Road. Ashling Close is the first road on the left about 75 m beyond the green. Flint Cottage is the 4th building on the left, about 150 m from the green.

Parking Off road parking is provided in front of 'High Trees' approximately 25 m from Flint Cottage across a grass lawn. Alternatively, passengers can be dropped off in Ashling Close outside a wooden gateway leading to the cottage. Total distance from kerbside to the cottage entrance is about 15 m. 

Access to the Cottage Both routes detailed above lead to a stone step 9 cm high in front of the entrance to the cottage via the conservatory door. The entrance to the cottage incorporates a door sill which is 20 cm high. The outside door to the conservatory has double opening doors each of which are 80 cm wide.

Ground Floor There are double wooden glazed doors leading from the conservatory into the sitting room each of which are 80 cm wide. Once inside the cottage the conservatory, sitting room, kitchen and shower room are on one level without door sills betwen rooms. The conservatory has a ceramic tiled floor with a loose mat, the kitchen floor is covered with vinyl whilst the sitting room and shower room are carpeted.

Bedroom Access to the bedroom is gained by a wooden staircase, minimum width 78 cm, with 14 steps each 8 cm high. The staircase is uncarpeted and has a wooden handrail throughout its length. The bedroom and walk in clothes closet are carpeted throughout. The double bed is about 50 cm high.There is a wooden ballustrade along one side of the bedroom overlooking the sitting room.
